on record, 7 degrees. there will be differences between the obama 2009 and 2013. four years ago, the crowd estimate was nearly 2 million people. there is a big parlor game about whether the crowd estimates on the mall are ever accurate. but nearly 2 million. now they are saying between 600- to 800,000. and there are a series of other things. and the money. four years ago, the obama administration, the obama campaign raised $53 million for the inaugural with personal contributions, all capped at $50,000 or less and there was disdain expressed by the administration about taking corporate money, et cetera. all of those conditions have been lifted. they are taking corporate monet and $50,000 cap has been lifted and it's smaller. they don't expect to raise $53 million, making it easier to raise, they are saying between $40 to $50. so there is a smaller nature. that's historically consistent. inaugural speeches tend to be over hyped and anti-climactic, and the second one, even more so. >> thanks. >> a look back at the president's first term and a look ahead, when we come back. >> this is fox new

all equally miserable. welcome to the america of obama. 25-year-old children living with parents, elderly begging for groceries because they cannot afford their own retirement. i am not surprised. things have not been going well the last five years. >> let's pull up a survey here. this is a prosperity survey. in is the top ten places to live from number one is norway. then denmark. sweden. australia. new zealand. canada. finland. here is the deal. how do we climb back to the top ten, peter? >>peter: start growing and competing more effectively. all of these places compete effectively. it is not whether they have big or small government. some have big government but what they have that we don't: effective government that delivers services at a reasonable price. the youngs have national health care. they do it for 50 percent less than we do. their taxes are not so high or their taxes go do help them opposed to paying for mindless bureaucracy. >> norway is number one. peter, will you renounce your citizenship or america still the best country to live? >> why would i renounce being a

is making -- >> now these apps that 4-year-olds can use after these commercials that target the obama children politically, those numbers, i think, are going to continue to break. i'm telling you, robert gibbs, these people are causing serious damage to their brand and more importantly to the cause of the second amendment. >> i absolutely don't disagree. i mean, i think they have done more so set back their own cause. but let's peer through some of the twisted logic in some of what they've done. i mean, the notion from wayne lapierre that the only way to match a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun, why do we provide the bad guys with the type of weapons that they use in afghanistan? why are we -- why are we dependent upon having a good guy with a gun? we're depending on that, in their logic, because we've decided that what we -- what we hunt the taliban with is okay to have in your neighborhood. that doesn't make any sense. >> and by the way, robert, on that front -- >> i'll say this. you and i are from the south, right? >> right. >> hunting is important. i was never a hunter,

'll continue to do that for the next four years and i think we are all kind of used to it by now. jon: let me reach a floor beach that senator obama gave in 2006, ellen. he said leadership means that the buck stops here. instead washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. america has a debt and a failure of leadership, americans deserve better, i therefore intend to oppose the effort to increase america's debt limit. that was what senator obama had to say. why does it not apply now that he's president? >> well, first of all, you know, i don't understand why it applies or not applies, that's what he address ned his press conference. what i do want to address is the mainstream media. a lot of people think it's a liberal by as and it may be liberal by as, i don't know, i'm a liberal so -- okay. what i do think it may be is media laziness. i have to fault the mainstream media for not putting side-by-side the president's comments with his votes. i think that american people, no matter who is president, whether it's president bush or pres
